6. Cukai Taksiran (latest half yearly statement)

1. Provide quotation & pricing for application submission
2. Collect required documents prior to the submission to PBTs.
3. Submit to DBP for Signboard design approval.
4. Submit documents to PBTs and pay the processing fee to PBTs.
5. Wait for the factory license (lesen kilang) approval

• Timeline: Typically 1–3 months (depending on document readiness and inspection outcome)
• PBT Fees: Estimated from RM500 – RM5,000/year, based on floor size and business activities.
• Renewal: Yearly, subject to fire, DOE, DOSH and other compliance
