4) Documentation
– Upon approval of the company name, we will prepare the incorporation documents for your signatories
5) Incorporation
– Submit the application to SSM
– Upon approval obtained from SSM, you can start running your business

Company Secretarial Service:
We provides company secretarial services to our clients who need assistance to comply with the requirements of the Malaysia Companies Act, 1965.
Taxation:
Corporate tax rate is from 26% to 30%, with the condition the foreign shareholders/directors stay more than 300 days continuously in Malaysia.
